Durham Design Studio Crawl – Jan 20

I’m headed to Durham to crawl the downtown design studios tonight. Apparently there is a growing cluster of creative shops within a few blocks including Graphic Design, Web Design and Advertising firms. It’s a good chance to look at who’s in the area and what they’re up to and meet some interesting folks. At a minimum I’ll try to hitch a ride on the AIGA party bus going from point to point. I’ll try to report back what I see in future posts. Shops participating tonight include:

A second, simliar event is slated to happen in Raleigh/Cary in March. Vital stats: Thursday, March 10, 5:30–8:30 pm. Twelve agencies will be participating in that event as well: Capstrat, Creative Associates, Fabrik Agency, Fragment Labs, FWV, Hesketh, Mellonaid Creative, New Kind, Ninth Floor, Red Hat, R+M, and Signal Design.
