July Triangle-RDU Marketing, PR and Advertising Events

This is summer is filled with opportunities to mix and mingle with marketing and communication colleagues in the Triangle. Here’s what’s on tap for July:

Come to the Fairgrounds

July 4 – 2011 Fourth of July Celebration. North Carolina State Fairgrounds. Activities from 5:30-9:00 p.m. Fireworks begin at 9:45 p.m. Activities include sports challenges, American flags, craft activities, jumbo games, mini-golf, obstacle courses, and mountain bike course. Admission, parking and activities are free of charge. No pets, alcohol or coolers will be allowed.

July 6 Triangle AMA Tech Marketing SIG. At Syncfusion in Morrisville. 8:00 –  9:00 a.m. Discuss B2B marketing in the high-tech industry. First Wednesday of each month. AMA members only.

July 8Triangle AMA Direct Marketing and Social Media Combined SIG. At Capstrat in Raleigh. 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. The group is for members who want to discuss trends, address challenges and share best practices in Direct Marketing and Social Media. AMA members only.
