August 5 – Triangle AMA Direct Marketing SIG. At Capstrat in Raleigh. 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.The Direct Marketing SIG will focus on B2B and B2C Direct Marketing. The group is for members who want to discuss trends, address challenges and share best practices in Direct Marketing. AMA members only.

August 9 – Triangle Usability Professionals Association (TriUPA). Posting Our Hearts Out: Understanding Online Self-Discourse for Better Designs.
